Gilles Werbrouck & Hugues Loinard

GILLES WERBROUCK and HUGUES LOINARD collaborated on the development of an experimental object combining plaster casting and magnetic tape worked with crochet. The result of the hybridization of the work of the two creators acquires a singular plastic quality with great freedom of production.

The duo created a series of 22 lamps, the lampshade delicately emerging from the plaster base and revealing the aesthetic quality of the VHS crochet work through which the light is filtered.
